Shaun
I've got a michelin comp 24, but it's bald as a monk now. I'm looking for something wider with the same antipinch, (never ever had a flat on the rear with it) so I don't want to go with less. I've never put any research into a decent rear tyre, what is recommended....?

TheMunn
New syncos tyre's look great, I have heard nothing but good from the people who use them, and i'm getting one next week. There we are.
TomN
That looks nice where can thee get one from?
TheMunn
Not sure yet, they are quite new on the market, if you have a look around on the web, if you don't find one you could always get one throuhg myself if you must have it. Luke Drewery
That syncos tyre looks quite tempting, i may have to get one as my next tyre. Anyways, I would just go for a maxxis as they are one of the best tyres suited to trials available at the mo. Im running a panarcare fire freeride 2.4 and its a nice tyre, not as grippy as others but nevertheless decent value. Theres quite a lot of choice, its just deciding (Y)
Martin t
Iv'e used contis, michelin hot s, and maxxis. Maxxis is by far the best available now, go for super tacky, slow reezay will only wear superfast.
Shaun
Right, end of month will purchase. Will also put in appearances on rides, need to do some more riding and get a bit better. Cheers
Swize
Maxxis High roller or super tacky (Y) .
TheMunn
I had a go on my friend's bike with a maxxis rear tyre the other day and didn't have the same grip and kind of strength in the tyre as my syncros. I'm sure you won't regret getting this tyre.
Trials Tom
I've seen those Syncros tyres around and they look very interesting. From experience though I'd say Maxxis Minion 2.5 DH Rear Dual Ply Super Tacky for definate. Very good tyre, specially on a wide-ish rim, just grips great! Twilite
I'd say the Syncros. Liam's is very nice indeed. I run a Maxxis Minion, never had a pinch since I've had it, but given the choice, I'd go with the Syncros, much squarer and a lot grippier.
