You then need to twist your ankles and a bit of weight forwards and kick the pedals backwards as you lift your weight onto your arms. As the pedals do a full rotation bring yourself back downwards to meet them. It might be worth wearing shinpads when you practise this as it can mess up your shins quite a bit.
