Keep your pedals level and roll along at a slow pace.

You then need to twist your ankles and a bit of weight forwards and kick the pedals backwards as you lift your weight onto your arms.

As the pedals do a full rotation bring yourself back downwards to meet them.

It might be worth wearing shinpads when you practise this as it can mess up your shins quite a bit.

There are no pedals on a skateboard, nor anything to rest the arms on.

LMAO,poor Janson!Well, went out and tried your tips, and it worked to a ceratin extent,2-3 out of 10.However most of the time I'm landing with my front foot in fornt of the board!!Argh!Just wondering things to remedy this, besides practicse, and the shoulder placement?
