djdrewitt
Is there any news for existing 1.5Mb customers? ← Existing 1.5Mb customers We´re in the process of automatically upgrading your service to 3Mb. This upgrade is absolutely free and you don´t have to do anything to receive it. What´s more, the monthly price of this service remains the same. Check this page again for updates on when you will be upgraded.

Simon
For anyone on 300k and using there set-top box. You have to phone up and get a NTL engineer to come out and replace the box. As soon as they have replaced (and upgraded it to some samsung one) the 1mbit will be working. Yey for 1mbps next tuesday :-
