Smo™
What frame are you gunna be running it on? Megamo?
Lewis Poyntontrials.com
Depends what frame it is. Rear discs don't seem to last too long on the back of most frames unless there built for it like some of the old megamos.

rich4130
i predict youll have a new bike by the time it breaks. ← Hehe, I second that. A friend of mines had one on the rear of a mad for ages though.
JTM
Hehe, I second that. A friend of mines had one on the rear of a mad for ages though. ← Tell him to go check it then, cos its probably cracked (Y) And yes, dave will have anew bike by time this breaks
JT!
I'm think it'll last untill you buy a frame for another reson.
Ashley Smith
only had my raptor a few weeks before it cracked when using a hope mini (Y) i wouldnt say it will last long! the only problem i have ever found with this set-up is that the disc is locking the hub rather than the outer diameter of the wheel this makes backwheeling feel horrible and flexy regards ash
that NBR dude
My Echo ES3 lasted 6 months with a Magura marta on the rear. However, yes it did take the entire rear triangle off the frame when it broke. On a coust copy, I would say about 2-3 months of street riding, or about a day on natural
Tartridge
My Echo ES3 lasted 6 months On a coust copy, I would say about 2-3 months ← Both those frames use the same dropouts (Y) And surely street places higher loads on a brake? Doesnt matter either way - Dave, you frame will break soon (Y)
Stan Shaw
I say he will whack the rotor and bend it badly before the frame breaks. If not he will probly have a different frame in a month anyway. (Y) stan.

trialsking 55
i'd say 10 weeks. rear discs are alot of hassle and have shit hold for street. but good for comps.

Phatmike
i predict youll have a new bike by the time it breaks. ← Funny. Hehe, I second that. ← And yes, dave will have anew bike by time this breaks ← If not he will probly have a different frame in a month anyway. :P ← but you will have sold it on before then :P ← Not funny. :turned: Anyway, you sure it's fully bedded in? Best bet is to keep riding trials on it + search for more "how to bed discs in" topics. (Y) Good luck, and fair play for trying it! I'm all for bringing ideas which not many people use to the masses!
