Nick Garland
Hi Basically I have flatspotted and dented my BMF so im going to try and sort it with a hammer. Otherwise I have a D321 I can building onto the hope XC but I dont have any money to buy new spokes. So will the spokes be drastically too long or short to build it up or not? Dont suggest getting tarty to build me a while, buy a new wheel or se cond hand wheel I seriously have £0 and parents wont lend me a penny. Lawnmowerman
i was litterally just looking into the same thing hope spoke calculator i assume you want 3cross and 32hole. Its 260.7mm for the disc side and 261.2mm for the cassette side take a spoke out of either side and measure them :ermm:
AdamR28
Spokes won't fit, sorry. The rim's ERDs are too different.
Nick Garland
Ok thanks Adam, is there no way with some filing or something that it would fit?
quick_spider
Ok thanks Adam, is there no way with some filing or something that it would fit? ← There's still only a limited amount of thread on the spokes... If you're considering cutting and re-rolling the spokes, you should just buy new ones. In the past as an extreme measure I've used a snowflake pattern. Each twist takes about 2mm off the spokes.
