Will Arnold
heres the situation, i have a dx32 19" rear rim built up at the moment, its got a big flat spot and a dent in one side; this makes my brake unpredictable (Y) i was looking at the echo cnc rim and was wondering if anybody could tell me whether i need shorter or longer spokes, if so, by how much. cheers people. Will :)
AdamR28
Does your current DX32 have eyelets or not? The Echo rim ideally needs spokes that are approx 1.5mm shorter (if your DX32 is eyeletted). This'll come down to 1mm if you currently have eyelets. Cheers, Adam
Will Arnold
i knew it'd be you that replied adam, i just had a feeling :) my rim doesent have eyelets (Y) and my current spokes are slightly too long already, DOH! do you think washers would make it work? to space it out a bit more. (^^sounds a bit dodgy i know^^) Cheers, Will
