Loctite works perfectly, you just have to do it right :huh: ← It was a dear one. Corish dad gave it us. Its a VW engine locktight for the bolts. so its pretty good shit. Would soldering work. Make sure you clean all the threads properly with petrol or something before applying it, and apply a small amount to the lockring, then screw it on and wait for around 30 mins until riding again. Backgren Posted February 17, 2005 Report Share Posted February 17, 2005 (edited) weld it :huh: you wont be able to open it , if you dont grind away the welding, but that doesnt matter. spray lube it whenever needed. works fine. could show where to weld, if thats not obvious. I assembled it using Dax wax hair stuff (to keep the bearings in) and i think its got all through it .... :( A question ACS related to save making a new topic: Do profiles use leaf springs like ACS freewheels?
