Fishwog
Good evening all :) I have been out for a little shmoozy on my bicycle, and have noticed that the gear cable guide going along the underside of the seatstay catch's on my leg almost everytime, If I sensibly cut this down and file it off smooth, will it void any kind of warranty The frame may have? And whilst on the subject, do Echo frame's have any kind of warranty? Sam. :-

However, some companies may be very tight about things like this, and just plain refuse. Yep, 1 year materiatls and manufacturing defects :)
eMAyaRKay
Couldn't you just smooth it over with something to stop it catching, (I'm assuming here it more of a scratchy catching than a pretrusion)
Fishwog
No it does pretrude slightly out of the seat-stays, it's not sharp or anything :o
