Tomm
They are "legally bound" to sell it, but in reality they can decide not to. They ain't gonna get the police knocking at their door.

Alexx
What happened? ← Totally sound seller with 400+ posative feedback, selling a phone, with picture, good description, resonable postage, reasonable price.... paid.... it just never came 4 weeks later... totally different seller, exactly the same phone.... and nothing's come yet... £250 down off ebay twats so far. Thing is i'm not stupid, and BOTH these sellers were totally legit good ebayers, I guess they must have account hyjacks or something... RicH_87
how did you pay? if you pay through paypal you can file a claim within 45 days. Then paypal contacts the seller and they are required to reply within 10 days or you get automatically refunded. Same thing happened to me and i got most of the money back, :S
