nb88
I'm after some help with premiere.....ive added a transition over 2 clips, and i cant seem to see the transition in the monitor. I'm using single track editing and in the transition settings when i put 'use actual sources' it shows the right thing. Any help? Cheers. Noz. The enchanted broomstick
above the transitions there should be a little red line running horizontally ------- that way right click on the redness and click "render work area" or something along them lines, it takes a little while to render then when you play it the effect should be in full form stu :P
Janson
Hitting the Enter button renders your work (takes a few seconds) and then you can see all your transitions and effects. :P
The enchanted broomstick
is that only in adobe premier pro 1.5 or in adobe premier 6.5 aswell? also on the topic of adobe does anybody know anything about atmosphere? im trying to learn it and have managed to create a set of walls and floors etc with stairs but the rest i dont understand. maybe somebody would think cybermotion 3d is better, or calligari truespace, maybe even worldbuilder? ive tried them all and cant grasp either. Janson
Hitting Enter works in 6.5. Premiere Pro doesn't need rendering, it does it as you go along.

nb88
Read the manual... ← I don't have one. And the Help-Contents bit is a bit crap and it doesnt really tell you how to do it. I'm having problems superimposing text aswell - i put it in Video 2 (S track) with the movie in Video 1, but the movie just plays with no text at alll.... with transparency on the text. As that can make the whole track transparent.
