Mr Motivator
Sorry i had to use a webcam to take them pics :- Ok, new design.. 5 little pads rather than 1 :P and also dirt and grime will go inbetween the gaps of the circles soo thats also a plus :D Only problem is.. iv only made one!! lol I had problems getting the old pad off the backing for the second one (any tips?) They seem to grip really well to a smooth but would be far too soft for a grind :P Sam, what you think?
totaltrials
Maybe a bit too much pad, and using 5 small pads could mean more flexyness along with the height of them will mean flexay, but good show for getting off your ass, hope they work well for you. Rossi
Look like a set of false teeth. Nice one. You're best off using a small, flat head screwdriver and use it to prize each end of the old brake pad off. Rossi.
SebJT
Interesting idea. I think i would be worried about individual bits of the pad coming off as they dont have as much adhesion as one larger pad. Try it out though might work brill :- Seb
Mr Motivator
i tried to prize the pad off with a screw driver but only got half of it off and the rest is stuck in!

AdamR28
I wonder if they'll melt when they get hot :-" And be very grippy, like glue...
Da Make
Very clever... you cut the hot glue thingy to five pieces and clued 'em to a backing. Sorry but my mate has done this before and I can say that that's suck. Pad hasn't very good power and lock but wears _VERY_ quickly! About 30 minutes of full on riding and then they just die. Also hot clue gun patron leaves some very annoying residue to the braking surface, sorta rubbery stuff that you have to scrape away. Also this compound of pad doesn't work good at all in wet. "It looked like a good idea back then..." I'm not 100% sure that you used hot glue gun thingy on your brakes... but it looks very similar... edit: I'm typoing...
