cant_ride
Allo people. I dont really pay attention to things like this so I was wondering if you could help me out. In the market for a slightly lower front end on my 1040LB and the good ol' try alls look like a good option BUT is it true or has it been proven that the new stronger try-all bars are actually stronger??? cheers for yur help. oli
Rich Pearson
All I could comment on is that I bought an old pair well over 18months ago, and they've been on two different bikes, with two different stems, and they're showing no signs of snappage. I'm not the heaviest rider in the world, but not the smoothest by a long way. Rich

Luke Drewery
I agree that the shape of the new bars is better, as i didnt like the feel of the old ones much at all  As for strength, im quite sure they'll last you.
thefletch
The new ones r alot better, not that i had any issue's with the last 1. The new ones are pretty much the same shape i think but they are stiffer and pin-shot to looks cool. And spread the strain better.
