thefletch
I live near southampton, but being a street rider I have no idea of any local natural spots. I know about hamble point, portland bill and thats it. Do people know of any others where i can go?
that NBR dude
Theres Hut Hill, in Chandlers Ford, but thats not exactly amazing. Sandbanks (near Poole) is ok, but not stricktly natural as such, just lots of big square rocks. Other than that, and Portland like you mentioned, I cant think of anywhere else local-ish Andy
monkeyseemonkeydo
We live next to the New Forest, there must be some stuff there that's accessible? Just go to Portland Fletch!
Rich Pearson
If you want to travel a little, west bay in south dorset (nr weymouth) is definately worth the trip. West Bay Heres a little clip I did as a Leeson Trailer last summer. Theres also some quite good street riding if you get bored, but the natural there is nuts. trials_pimp
what sort are you after? Rocks or woodland? If you want rocks, Worthing and Eastbourne have a very good selection.
haydon_peter
Lepe has about 75-100m of rocks along the beach... There is no train station there though. There is a nature reserve, a cafe, a light house, and about 5 houses so no one chucks you off " I have always thought about exploring the new forest Dave... Maybe in the summer? :-
thefletch
I may try some of those places. I'm sure the new forest would be great in places but I am not dedicated enough to ride around there all day on a trials bike. Hut-hill i've ben to and thinks its ok but always muddy. Sandbanks is ok, its not realy a days worth though. And dave, feel welcome to take me to portland anytime mate. Woods or rocks is fine
