MadManMike
Ricky Gervais on 'Animals' stand up show- They weighed Rick Waller and he was 50% body fat. I worked it out..... thats the same as a pork scratching! No wonder he is so depressed he is essentially the same as a pub based snack. (cant remember what actual % was) ← I know that wasnt a joke, but the way you worded it made me piss myself... LOL doesnt even describe it
deagledaddy
Bang on, That or your actually pretty muscular and strong and your just 'average' on the BMI because you have so little fat, and holding so little water etc. BMI is only a REALLY average estimate, it's pretty out-dated and not used profesionally much anymore. ← Out of interest Alexx how do you get your %bodyfat calculated? Do you get it done with all the fat calipers etc. down at your gym or summit? Or are we talking DIY home scales of truth? Im always curious as to how long it would take to get it done properly... You can work it out to within 2-3% just using online calculators usually...
