Seb ps still think it all rubbish, did it a couple of year back when i wad the same height but like 60kg making me anorexic but... i ate loads, it would be hard to eat anymore than i do... Right Even the top level pro bodybuilders, like Arnold in his prime at Mr Universe etc only get down to about 3.5% bodyfat. 1% is physically impossible. I worked it out..... thats the same as a pork scratching! No wonder he is so depressed he is essentially the same as a pub based snack.
