Trials Punk
I just had a high bid on a lovly new JVC DV camera for £330.00 I can't send that amount of money on pay pal. The person I'm paying wants the money soon otherwise he's going to re-list the item. He has asked me to withdraw the money from wherever, and depoist it straight into his bank account. I need to know if things go bad is there a law to fall back on. I'm having it on Royal Mail Special delivery so it will have a tracking code or whatever on it. I really need some help on this. Thanks alot. Kyle.
quick_spider
If you withdraw the cash from your account and take it to a branch of his bank, you'll be able to pay it direct into his account (you'll need his account no and sort code though) You'll get a reciept for the payment from the bank. Trials Punk
So if he dosn't send it to me. I could take him to court. Sounds good. Hopefully.
quick_spider
Just the same as if he doesn't send it and you paid by PayPal. Assuming it's on ebay, his feedback should give you an idea of how trustworthy he is. Jon
