Michael Hardman
Putting my bike together and well one problem after another, split in cross over, then my bb brakes so more bloody money then middleburns dont work so I have to buy monty cranks and a fixed cog now. Something that originally cost £385 is now going to cost £400 plus.

Michael Hardman
Whats the problem then? ← The money was for me to save Ive already spent enough. The problem is I am wanting to keep my bash plate seeing as the frame is brand new and I dont want to destroy the bashplate mounts. So when the chain is on the burns it hits the bashplate and the mounts. Meaning to get it working I have to grind mounts and bashplate down which I am not doing s good bye goes warrentyafter a day. Trebor
Why not get the Ti Bash, would save you having to get the Monty cranks?
Michael Hardman
Gear ratio would be too easy. Got the fixed cog and cranks time to put them on and fit the chain. Another few days and maybe Ill have a bike. Just a brake to fix and hopefully my chain will be nice and tight without the need for snail cams (stupid dropouts)

Bendee
i think i have cracked my frame ← Theres something wrong with you boy no frame is safe in your presance. but yeah i have to agree when you get a new frame you just want to ride but when things dont fit or you need something new it gets very anoying especially when its unexpected. ScotchDave
You couldn't have got longer bolts and spacers and spaced the bashplate out? (Y)

Si-man
That happened to me. Not had mod long and lad I got it off had a go and snapped rear axle. Then i bought a rear wheel off JTM, put it on and set up brake and threaded mount  Then, 2 days later snapped my forks (megamo equip disk) and broke a rib. I think bad luck likes to follow me about so steer clear :)"
Michael Hardman
Te beast is alive and kicking. oh my god its so nice, took me a while to get used to the length but the streetyness is coming back. Its a world better than the monty for staying on backwheel and theres more leverage gaps and ups never felt so good, wheel swappings a breeze now an dits as chuckable if not more than the monty.
