Luke Drewery Posted January 6, 2005 Report Share Posted January 6, 2005 I know its a bit of a strange topic and maybe a bit boring, but has anyone on here fully completed gta san andreas yet? Done all the missions, collected all the oysters and horseshoes and sprayed all the gang tags etc? It just got me thinking because i was reading 'home-made' guides on the internet about it and thinking how many hours it takes to find every little detail of the game, even if it means using a guide out the shops to help you. Luke Drewery Posted January 6, 2005 Author Report Share Posted January 6, 2005 (edited) Yeh san andreas is a whole lot bigger, the oysters are under water around the entire map, there are 50 to collect in total, theyre very hard to find, when youve got them all it improves your sex appeal and lung capacity on the game, all the horseshoes are located in las venturas, and they increase your gambling luck and gives you some weapons. Simply because I cant be bothered to look around for all the little things! Im on the second island, about half way through! Dont play it much though! If you go to the top of the mountain in the desert, where you do a mission shooting down helicopters with a rocket launcher, there is a hut visible. There is a walkway constructed of wood that leads towards a cliff, where you can attempt to jump the canyon, though I have never made it, and I have tried on a PCJ600 and a Sanchez - so not quite sure if it is indeed doable. Remember that although there is the girlfriends, the racing, the sub missions etc. Half of them do not count towards 100% completion of the game. I think HL2 could have been much longer than it was, but having CS:S with it made it really. But overall GTA:SA I think is a much better game, be it playing on your own, or with friends. The only place I've manage to intentionally grind is the central reservation on the highway at the south of Las Venturas. I started plating prince of persia (Worrier within) on xbox and it fooking rules. If anyone played the matrix its 10 times beter and so much harder. Thats my game of 2004. I thought gta sa was a big let though played it for 10mins and thought it was a pile of poo. I kept having deja vous thoughout it, oh no that was the other gta games i was playing.
