Shall I de-sticker my frame and forks apart from the federal sign on the headtube?

Go for it and whack some pictures up on here, i like frames with minimal stickers as possible on them.

Oooh and on the sticker note, Source bmx do the best free stickers ever, they put some free United stickers in with an order a while ago, and they also have their new stickers that they give out free (the white ones on my bike) which look real nice ^_^

I bought it as a complete, the 06 Fit flow street.

Then i've got new bits for it being: KHE Geisha street coaster laced to a Primo balance rim on the rear, Odyssey KC Badger seat (now stripped and re-shaped, 'cause it got torn), old Haro seat post (cut down post, and ground the clamp piece in places, so i can run it upside down under the seat), ground the Seat tube down, MacNeil Silencer XLT bars, 25T brown profile imperial sprocket, a new shiny chain ^_^, and i should be getting the Fit DLD stem soon and i might cut the dropouts if boredom kicks in due to the rain again.

I think thats coverd it all.

I've got the freecoaster on again as well 'cause as much as i like running a cassette i just preferd the feel of the coaster and the inspiration it can bring to pretty boring riding spots around here, so that also means i'm back to pegless again.

is it possible to run the coaster with pegs ??? is there enough axle to fit them on ????

Nice man, cheers for that, sounds a good spec and looks good 'n' all.

Just have to start saving, then i shall get a similar bike to yours.

You ride much dirt or mainly street/park stuff.

I used to ride a bit of dirt, but nothing too serious.

Steve

P.s Do you know any companys that make frames the simialr size/look of yours designed for street and dirt. I like the 3 amigos fly bikes but their frame only and never seen one fully built.

Been on fitbikeco site but no prices on bikes ect

Yeah you can, but because of the axle system used, they aren't as strong as solid axles, so you can but you have to keep an eye on the axles and keep them tight so i don't really want to risk it. But there are solid axles made/being made for them i think.

No worries and cheers :)

I don't ride trails really no, i sometimes go down the local spot with a few other bmxers but i don't really ride much 'cause of being brakeless. So for me it's just street really, as there aren't any parks near by.

Yeah check the Fit range out here: Alans bmx, might be worth looking at the Fit Hawk. They have a wide range of other frames on there as well.

Have a browse around here! :)

Never ever ever use them, i ordered a few bits from there when i first started bmxing and they took ages to come, and the things they have in stock on their webpage usually aren't in stock, and nor are they getting them in stock in the near future, as i found out with the Odyssey pedals i tried to order from there.

thought I'd post some pictures of my £7 from the tip. Looks completely different now. Actually looked good, nice and shiny - til Chris wrote his name on the side of it

You may remember it as this :

now has completely changed.

Not very good quality at the moment, need to get it back out, on a nice sunny day, and take some photos.

Got new tires on it recently - Maxxies Max Daddies - They ride a beast!

Shame my Crank and front wheel need replacing (N)

Source bmx do the best free stickers ever,

Hardcore Hobbies sent me some 41 thermal stickers with my purchase of new hub, rim and db spokes. :-

is it possible to run the coaster with pegs ??? is there enough axle to fit them on ????

I think from what OBM was saying is that Geisha will have a 1 piece axle made for it seperatly and the Reverse comes with one anyway.

Anyone know the weight of the federal tyre?

The Federal Faction one? If that's even it's name?

I'd say around 500 grams. Well no less than that anyway.

haha, i remember them badboys.

I'm so gay..

reason1: I made a montage of my bike

reason2: current setup - pegless, coaster, 25-9 gearing, elementary stem, drilled seatclamp and now I look at it in a picture - a pretty low seat

do 24.5" bars, olde schoole pitchforks, powerbites and 48 spoke wheels make me any straighter?

why does my bike only weigh ~26lbs?

so yeah - new sprocket, geisha & rear rim.
