Bet they are killer for manuals yup and with me being large i like having high front ends so i replaced the cruiser bars with bmx bars and it rides perfect now, all i want now is a 24" chrome rim. poopipe
Just thought I`d stick this in the correct place for a change.so, so cool. are those oval tubes ? I think I had the very same bike when I was a wee nipper. I remember the 7 spoke mags with the funny hub and I definitely had an identical stem, bars and seatpost

A!!
Just got my MacNeil Silencer XLTs today, so i've put them on and had a little ride. First impressions of them were how light they where for their size, it's crazy. On the bike they feel amazing too, give some much more control and feel, and getting the front up feels a lot easy. So all in all well worth the money, top bars . I put my old Fit grips on as well, which are much comfier, as the Ruben's ripped and went all shitty. So here's some pics:The freecoaster is no more (nor the 25t sprocket) I decided to get a new chain (a nice shiny silver one ), and to put the old wheel back on for a bit. The main reason for it was 'cause i want to start doing footjam whips on banks and when i have the freecoatser on, it tended to have a habit of disengageing when i jumped of the pedals and kicked the bike round. So when i went to land back on it, and if my left foot hit the pedal first, the pedals shot round causing me to lose my balance. Or i ended up rolling backwards if i landed both feet at the same time.

Can't you just hop or pivot round more and land both pedals together?Got a brother from another mother to ride, took him around 3 days for his bike to look like this:I would like to point out we ride street not park...But like the odd park sometimes. A!!
I've made a few more changes, and i got some pictures today so i thought i'd post them.New chain (the shiny one), kept the 25t sprocket on, cut down pegs, the old cassette wheel is back on, and some different barends. And I've also decided not to take anymore pictures of my bike until there are a lot of changes to it haha.

poopipe
pure fashion!but -1 fashion point for ditching the freecoaster haha looks rad thoughnot quite pure even with the coaster - there's no stump & pivotal seat combo (minus padding), chrome slams or profiles. that's minus 3 right there. in fact - stick a half arsed spray job on there and it's getting pretty close to sheffield style
eskimo
The blue valve caps are the best and the cut down pegs being the worst.

Just to get me riding again, Whilst i have no moneys, and it rides 100,000,000 + 2 times better then it looks like it would, Well i think so and i get told by anyone who goes on it. Darren, Minicrack on here is on it more then his own bike!10mm backwheel in 14mm dropout ghetto enough for all of you!?

A!!
Yeah i couldn't help myself The seat got ripped so i took the cover of 'cause i hate the look of ripped/tatty seats (plus the constant rain the past few days made me turn to adjusting my bike instead of riding it haha) then i reshaped it a little. I swapped the seat post for a different smaller one, then ground it down so i could flip it over and place it under the seat, and i also shortend the seat tube a little bit more. I've got the freecoaster on again as well 'cause as much as i like running a cassette i just preferd the feel of the coaster and the inspiration it can bring to pretty boring riding spots around here, so that also means i'm back to pegless again.Should hopefully have a Fit DLD stem soon, and i might cut the dropouts when i have the time. A!!
haha to be fair i can justify choosing and running every part on my bike, in the means of what it rides like and what i like a bike to ride like, so c'est la vie .As for the chrome slams, it's a big no, and same goes for a stump post. I'm quite proud of my modified haro post set up
eskimo
When i went to Newport and Epic i noticed 90% of people have either an Odyssey or Macneil seat. I think i better buy myself a different setup to avoid any sense of fashion i may encounter. But it's so damn light i mean comfy
