poopipe
is that the 20.5 ? I'm kinda tempted towards a shorter bike after nearly pulling a 540 by accident on my sisters 4 seasons t'other day. If I do that I reckon I'll get a hades cos they weigh less than air and local girl bmxer still hasn't killed hers.im not convinced by the wavey downtube yet, all the dents in my bike are on the chain and seatstays but i guess it can't hurt - even if it looks a bit odd. It's a much nicer looking frame than the old sunday though even with those nasty, nasty stickers. good call on not getting the vinnie salmon colourway too - it's just wrongin all yay!! like itoh, and...get a proper seat you big bender

As for the downtube, i don't think it looks that bad, even though i am a relatively light rider, there's nothing like extra protection . looks a thousand times better in the flesh as well, so like i said, i'll get more pics tomorrow.haha yeah i do need a new seat, nearly lost my balls under it tonight from doing nose manuals (so much easier now) and flipping, then kinda' getting sucked under the seat haha, see where the tight trousers come in now . Got my eyes on the eccd kevlar in black on black though, so yeah.Edit: oh yeah forgot to add, get a sunday instead. They look really nice, have some pretty hot colours, seriously strong, the wave downtube (whether you hate it or not, it's a good idea), the stickers on the new ones are really nice, they come in a fancy box with lots of writing by Jim Cielencki on, have one of the best guaranties out, their team consists of Ian Schwartz, Joe Cox, Karl Poynter, Mike Taylor and Mike Hoder..... (need i say more), nice sized dropouts (as well as being 8mm hollow ones), miter-cut top tube for strength, internal and external rust proof coating, brakeless is actually available (i chose lugs in the end though) Think that'll do for now. poopipe
Any thoughts please? I think it'll break and flex like buggery cos it's titanium (if it's not titanium then it'll break and flex like buggery cos the tubing has to be really thin to get that sort of weight). apart from that though - mmmmm, lightness. eskimo
I LOVE it.V-monster Got the bike built up (finally), and so much for f**king push fit, my arse. I can't believe how nice it rides, it spins so fast and easy, i tend to be over spinning now, and i get a lot more height on b-hops and 180s. Tried doing a 3-hop with sod all run up in my garden as well, and made it to about 340-350 so pretty happy with it really. The welds on it are really really neat as well, so yeah, shits tight. the picture is a pile of w*nk, but i'll get some proper ones with my mums 400d tomorrow Looks good. Real nice colour. The sprocket isn't the best for it though. And the seat, like Poo said, ditch it.My mate's triton blah-blah3.49 lbAny thoughts please? Yeah...3.49? damn crazy! i need a go.Hey, huck-it, "push fit my ass" that's exactly what i said.

Not a single person who tried riding that bike said anything about the flex.We reached this weight by using standard tubing (38.1 down tube and 35.1 top tube). We used thicker wall tubing for the stays (1.2mm instead of 1mm that is used for trials).Bmx frame is shorter than any trials frame so it is less likely to flex.To my mind this frame is quite heavy There is still plenty of "room" to make it lighter (bb tube has a too thick walls, headtube, etc). The next bmx frame by triton will be less than 3.25 lb.Light bmx frame to me is EB Grim Reaper Ti which is bloody 2.6 lb...I would not feel myself confident with such a frame due to my size and weight...but damn..it is sooo light Edited June 6, 2007 by Gazza

Forgot to add as well, my setup now weighs 25lbs Edited June 6, 2007 by huck_it
