A!!
looks sweet f**k it....do they come in purple?closest you get is burgandy: The source- Fit DLD. Built up the Fit again for the weekend, and obviously put the new stem on, and it feels awesome. I'm running it with no spacers and it just clears the toptube, so it sits real flush, and it feels amazing with the less rise now. Also while im posting, check the Fitbikeco site out for the new S3 Aitken colour, the new brakeless flat blue hawk, and Edwin is currently working on a new colourway for his sig, haawwwt.FitbikecoJust got some pics of the new stem on the Fit, thought i'd post 'em, and hopefully the next time i'm posting pics it'll be of the Sunday.ECCD seat should be out soonish as well. poopipe
heeheeI think thats the only stem named after an act of illicit bumlove currently on the markethow does it feel ? can you still spin the bars without adding a spacer that makes a mockery of the reduced height? Yeah it feels real nice, manuals feel easier with the dropped bars, and so do hops, im finding with spins that i now spin more flat, so im getting a lot closer to landing 3 hops now.And yeah im running no spacers on The Fit and there's about a 2mm (little more) gap from touching the toptube, so the bars are a lot lower than they were with the Fit brick stem with spacers. One of the older 6lbs frames i'm guessing but sprayed?36/13 is the correct gearing. 2.75 ratio is what you want to achieve. I bet riding fakie is a task with your current gearing. If you hadn't of guessed to use a 13t freewheel you will have to change you hub to a 14/15 freewheel acceptable hub known as a 'flip-flop' or buy a cassette.Still looks good. Primo cranks and Kink sprocket?Oh or you could just buy a larger sprocket. 44t one will be the one you need.
tom-trials
ahah had a 44twas okaybut looked gashill have to get myself a 13t freewheelits a dk 6 pack cheersxxxEDIT: the sprocket was newish on that day and hadnt been ridden.I had a ride on it last night and it felt nice not to hard and not too slack. eskimo
A few pics of bikes... 414 39t sprocket and max daddies, must be good..Macneil with the wrong seat post size, T1 bars, Supra E rims, 39/16 gearing, Tendoriser pedals. When i took it to the airport with four pegs it weighed just over 15kgs. Which is like 33lbs, so quite light. 2005 Macneil, Pantera forks, FSA cranks still, now 39t sprocket and Odyssey cassette.2006 few months after buying S&M. Pantera forks, KHE cranks, Macneil L5 bars.S2 forks and style front hazard rim.Redneck xlt in nickle. Hollow bolts. Got both new for £40.41 thermal Hazard ltd edt I will post pics soon when i can get a dry day and be bothered. It looks good with a black chain so might try that but will have to buy a new one but as i robbed the silver one off the trials bike it's ok. Also maybe change back to black clamp and stem. I have also Bob bars and Ti spokes fitted now. Might buy a new seat and sprocket.Thank god thats over with, enjoy

eskimo
give me your frame also - nice to see a seat that isn't perfectly poised for penetration, that's two of usWhich frame? I hate pointy upy seat setups, sooo gay You can only sit down for a few seconds before you slide down onto the wheel. The first bike you posted is ace eskimo! Expect some pics tomorrow finally cyclesportuk have sorted themselves out.I set it back up no so long ago. For riding in the rain to the trails which never got finished. It was so weird to ride and not very weighty either. Horrible to manual though, no wonder i had the bars leaning forward before.I just realised i fogot to post a pic of the 'gaffa' bike. When i screwed my shoulder i decided i would cover my whole frame in tape and the seat in cardboard with more tape for a laugh. It worked rather well and a few people did ask if i had sprayed my frame. I don't have any pics of just the bike though, only me on it which i doubt you want to see. A!!
Got the bike built up (finally), and so much for f**king push fit, my arse. I can't believe how nice it rides, it spins so fast and easy, i tend to be over spinning now, and i get a lot more height on b-hops and 180s. Tried doing a 3-hop with sod all run up in my garden as well, and made it to about 340-350 so pretty happy with it really. The welds on it are really really neat as well, so yeah, shits tight. the picture is a pile of w*nk, but i'll get some proper ones with my mums 400d tomorrow
