ive found for louise singe piston models-

fully de adjust the pad wear bolt, take back pad adjuster off and remove pads.

completely remove brake from bike and lay flat on the floor with a cloth under the lever.un screw the bleed bolt from the caliper and remove the cap from the resovoir.

attach the syringe and push fluid through, when sufficient fluid has been bled through and no air bubbles are being pushed otu, then remove the syringe. replace the bolt in the caliper, then cap for the resevoir.

when replacing bleed bolt make sure it does not turn the adjuster on the caliper

there you have it

This is indeed the best technique to use, however, it is not necessary to remove the brake from the bike, just ensure the lever reservoir is entirely flat before you start.

Up above, it says to put the bolt back in the caliper, and then put the top cap on the lever, am I not right in saying that as soon as you remove the syringe, unless the lever itself is sealed, the oil will piss everywhere?

Not a better idea to put the cap on the lever first, then remove the syringe and bolt it up? That's how I do my maggies anyway?
