Swoofty
I know about Industry 9, Profile Elite and Hope 12mm through axle single speed hubs, but am I missing any others that are worthy of trials? Oh and I guess there's Onyx (too $$) and KOM (way too $$$). All the others I could find are 10mm bolt on only. Probably gonna go with a Hope, but wanted to see if you guys know of more. Alex Dark
Chris king ? I’m sure they’d have an axle option to suit.
AdamR28
And pretty much anything that's 10mm bolt in can be converted to 12mm through with a 12mm drill bit 👌
La Bourde
There is a Spank that is not single speed specific but is used by Yohann Triboulat successfully. There is a DT Swiss single speed hub, but the number of POE is low, 54 or so. You want a freehub, right? Else you could go for a Waw hub with an 18t freewheel (that implies a 22t chain ring). Sam Song
I would say I9 Hydra is the best if you have the money, Hope Pro 5 Trials if you are on a budget. Another option would be a Canadian company called Tairin. They have a fairly high engagement point but their hubs are not single speed specific, so the flanges are a bit narrow. I am glad that I9 supports single speed 135 spacing even if they may not sell much in that option.

They do, but they have discontinued parts for all of their legacy products so you won't be finding any hub parts to swap for. Unless you already have a King hub, not a good idea to get one now with no OEM support from them.

In the end, I picked up a Hope.
Chakers1998
Hadley are a good one to look at, but they are "only" 72 POE. Most things I've read about them suggest they are indestructible, but the one thing that puts me off is the circular spring they use rather than the conventional pawl spring.
