JJ..
I'm looking at the option of going for slightly higher gearing for my new Flow, Its 22 front 16 rear, I imagine it's best to go for a new larger rear ? If so would 18 be much different to 16 ? Thanks

The other option would be to put a larger sprocket on the cranks, however I am not sure if you would have the clearance for this. Unless you want to spend a fair bit of money on a hope hub or something equivalent to be able to put splined sprockets on the bikes are pretty set in the gearing they come with.
JJ..
Thanks, It's still new to me coming from RD and MTB, It's something I suppose I'll get used to, The bike feels perfect when at my fav session area (demolished factory/foundry site) but I got to ride a couple of miles to it, Thanks for your answer JJ..
