Max F
I think this is my ideal solution for trials bikes.. Will post updates if I find any flaws with it
Maintenance Justice
I applaud his enginuity but Tannus came up with a solution for use outside the tube that looks a bit less faff. I'd be interested to see how it works for trials though, might be too rigid. https://tannus.co.uk/armour-homepage#select-armour-size

And Tannus Armor is a lot heavier than a DIY insert.
Maintenance Justice
Fair point. I do run a tubeless insert on the mtb and it's made a world of difference, I guess if you're popping tubes every other day this would be worth a try. I'm tempted just for hell of it to see what it's like!
Revolver
This is truly deserving of the word 'hack'. It's amazing that it holds air, but since it does, it's a pretty cool idea.
Stephen Morris
I’ve watched it twice and don’t understand what you’ve done.

Stephen Morris
I don’t understand what you’ve done and why you’ve done it... and I’ve now watched it three times. You seem to have cut a tube apart and stuck patches inside it. How, I don’t understand?!?
