monkeyseemonkeydo
That Onza was such a lump! Brings back good memories though. I think that London ride near the beginning was when I first hooked up with Tartybikes and also being totally mesmerised by Matt Staples riding!
aener
This and GET2 illustrate my lament perfectly. Everything that is in there and now absent are what I lust after. I know the old-school riders generally tend to say the golden era of trials was a bit before this, but for an 06 starter, this remains the sport's peak for me. Desperately wish I hadn't lost my GET2.
Ross McArthur
The "golden era" ran between Porter riding trials and not.

Desperately wish I hadn't lost my GET2. 1 I think that from around 1999 until about this time was a pretty golden era. I was out earlier this evening on my enduro bike, hung out for a while by some of the street spots where I learned to ride my first trials bike almost exactly 20 years ago, and it was quite sad to contemplate that I can never go back to that time. Would kill to relive just one of those carefree days!
Mikee
I never saw get1, so i'll get on it tonight. Funnily enough, I set aside a few old trials dvds (GET2 included) a few days ago, to rip and upload to my NAS. When I get round to doing it, I'll try to remember to upload them to youtube.
Rossy
If anyone has 'our summer' dvd they can upload that would be much appreciated. This is a golden treasure. gonna watch my get 2 over the weekend.
Davetrials
Its interesting how much of a chore the bikes Look to keep on the front wheel unlike todays UCI numbers. Matts KOT does not look like it wants to go.
Davetrials
I remember Waking up at around 7 am with a tent hang over to TRA and wayne doing some ridiculous stuff in buthiers, it was cold wet and damp, that gap at 6:07 is still huge.
Tony Harrison
Probably thanks to everyone running Raleigh Chopper bars canted over the front wheel at 90 degrees.
Davetrials
I love that the comp and street scene used to get on together as one, (with some exceptions..) imagine seeing Tim turn up on his steel Pashley at a comp now a days. watching this really has made dislike the sport today. What a bloody shame.
Mikee
Get2, manifesto and trials is dead are the ones I have. I might be able to get on it this weekend and may even be able to upload one to youtube, with my painfully slow internet. Which of the 3 would you chaps like me to prioritise?

MadManMike
So weird watching this now that I live in Bristol. Back when this was released I lived in Hastings and hadn't really ventured that far along the country, so didn't recognise any of it. Now I see all the spots I walk and ride past and wish I still had a trials bike Great blast from the past this is!
Mikee
Get 2 has been ripped. I have included all the extras as well, so it’s an hour of footage in total. I will set it uploading to YouTube overnight.

If you want to head out at all, gimme a shout dude. I'm heading to Forest of Dean on the MTB tomorrow, short notice but you're welcome to join us... Mikee
Anyone know what to do? Youtube said I needed to activate my account and then I would be able to activate the video. I activated the account, but can't see how to sort the video.
marg26
https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/71673?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en Suggests that once your account is verified a button should appear next to the video to let you activate it.
