MikeCottTrials
These were a staple last time I rode. Tartybikes doesn't seem to sell them anymore...what's the deal chaps?
cwtrials
No one really uses them anymore. I doesn't seem people are catching crossovers like they used to.
AdamR28
And they made brakes feel poop, because the holes in the fittings are tiny. Still possible to make one though: https://www.tartybikes.co.uk/hoses_and_fittings/hope_hose/c598p10809.html https://www.tartybikes.co.uk/hoses_and_fittings/hope_hose_spares/c598p10808.html See description for which fitting you need.
Mark W
As an alternative, depending on your frame you could try running a splitter and have a separate hose to each cylinder. If you can route them around your seatstays a bit tighter you'll be less likely to hit them or catch them. It's more due to the shape of his frame, but as an example from Stan's bike:
AndyT
I used to love my old metal crossover... until i broke it with my ankle on a crescent ilions ! strange they disappeared, I’ve just run a booster which covered the maggie for the past ??? years... seems to do the trick. Definitely makes you feel special that nice metal braided thing... now I run a clear trialtech hose, almost as special- I can see all the bubbles how fun!
