Herbertlemon102
Interesting. Would be interested to know the weight. I’d assume quite heavy for strength, but who knows? Also go to their website to look at the construction of it, it’s pretty interesting Edited April 3, 2018 by Herbertlemon102
Mark W
A while back when I was up in Glasgow, Danny happened to have one built up (it was the repaired version of the broken one they mentioned in that article) and it wasn't suuuuuper light - the main thing was the forks though as they are noticeably lighter. The Skye forks aren't exactly heavy, but the carbons are a reasonable amount less. When you popped the front end up it came up super easy! </namedrop> </framedrop>
Ali C
it's a little bit lighter than my Hex but not much but like Mark mentions the forks are scary light, around 400g I think they said!
Ali C
also, this is by far the most expensive trials bike ever made!

Considering the processes, materials and the specialist nature of the thing, that doesn’t surprise me.. from what I gather, they won’t be making any more? I would guess that orange frame has cost something in the region of £50k to develop.
Archie H
Super nice bike and all but how on Earth is that seat staying still?
Ali C
it's got a pivotal seatpost mount built into the frame

Instead it seems they're making the most of Danny as a brand ambassador and showcasing a hot bit of R&D.
