josephcallard
I started trials not long ago and heard about this moto trials spot not far from me, I've seen a few pictures on here of people riding there but does anyone have any details? Can I just rock up and get going? Are there certain times it's open? If anyone from the area knows of any spots in Didcot or nearby that would be good too! Thanks, Joe
onzatpro09
Hi Joe, I ride moto trials at Seymours sometimes. I've had a chat with Stuart (who runs the place) a few times and it seems they can only open it for motos a certain number of times a year, but we didn't really talk about bicycles. It definitely isn't an open-all-the-time venue, but his son is big into the bicycles so he might be willing to set up a pedal bike evening? I often whip out my Inspired after an evening of riding on the moto (as do a couple of others) and he doesn't have a problem with that at all, so it might be something he'd consider. I'd definitely be up for it because it's a cracking venue!

BikeTrial Federation
We have had a message from the guys at Seymours Arena that bike trials riders have jumped the fence and ridden on the arena. This is strictly forbidden. This land is privately owned and the local motorbike club is given permission by the owner to run events on it. These guys have then kindly let us use it for a bike trial event. It is not too be used at any other time. We do not want to lose this venue. Venues are precious to the bike trial community and we must respect them.
