pyro
Morning, I had a clear out at the back of my garage and found an old Pashley 26Mhz frame. It's got to be from the latter era as no disc mount. Just wandering what forks would be idea for this? Was looking at maybe building it up, Modern/retro twist too it
craigjames
Fairly certain that MHz only came with vee/canti posts, never with a disc. The GHz came with 4 bolt magura mounts. I'd try and find a set of Pashley forks or something similar. For some reason I never thought alu forks on a steel frame looked right. LEON
I've got some Pashley forks with v bosses and a disc mount welded on.
pyro
Years ago I had Echo Urbans and it was okay. Before that I had the Canondale Fatty R's. Not sure what to run
Scott Gibbs
I think identiti still make steel forks
pyro
1 hour ago, Scott Gibbs said: I think identiti still make steel forks There are some around and they still list them but not sure I want that sort of image/look too the bike. I've been mailing Alex Rim Europe trying to get hold of some DX32's
LEON
I think a lot of forks look weird on a Pashley, Inspired would look weird, obviously Pashleys look good, Identiti would but they weigh a ton, Trialtech might look ok if the colour was matched. Fattys are a pass too.

Ross McArthur
Inspired forks look pretty good on pashleys. And MHz did have disc mounts at some point
pyro
Hi Ross Yeah I know some of the did but the latter ones didn't. Bike does look good with the fork at some angles
LEON
Doesn't look too bad, but that fork is 15mm longer than the one it was made for. The offset will be much better, but the length probably won't do it any favours.
