Asides from the worst looking set of forks I've ever laid eyes upon (completely due to the branding), its a pretty sweet build. Tarty build custom spec bikes, so of course they can build a 20" with the equivalent spec.... But if you knew how to use google you would have been able to find that out for yourself....
