Masters workload suddenly exploded - not getting to ride too much.
Blasting these few clips out so they don't expire after sitting on them for ages.
No
Industry Clothing Co. clothing featured in here because it was all filmed before that happened, but it's seriously nice stuff!
Also a continued thanks to
TartyBikes and Trialtech Components for helping me through!

still not a super fan of it even though your videos are still more and more impressive.Do you ever feel like you've reached the top of your progression?

If you think his videos are more and more impressive, surely that equates to progression.

You may not be a super fan but deep down your a fan.Flipp keeps on pushing boundries in a way that (and i think people will agree)

that inspires and excites riders to push their own boundries. He is one of the top riders that keeps himself accessible by going on rides with everyday people.I may be wrong but i think the day he feels he has reached the top of his progression is the day he hangs up his bike.

When I say I am not a fan, I mean that I am not looking for his latest video each time or waiting for a new one. Also I don't watch his videos twice. But of course he is an unbelievable rider and his abilities are second to none.

I don't understand your post but maybe you can explain!

I know you re not a fan and there s nothing wrong about that

the thing is, if you follow him closely, you can see he's getting better EVERY TIME he pulls out a new vid

he's got two main quality as a rider

riding trials brakeless better than anyone else

getting better each new vid

The thing you may have missed about him is, while he's not doing your fav thing (which I assume is some kind of pogo stick trials riding) he's doing something so new that his margin of progression is waaaay bigger than traditional trials riding with brakes.

when you watch a vid of damon watson or gilles coust now and put in perspective with some older vids from them, the progression isn't crazy mindblowing.

It's just a little inch further here and there.

my stupid picture was my silly way to show you may have missed the point of why he got rid of his brakes in the first place.

no hard feelings I hope, I kind of love some pogostick riding myself :P

That makes sense! The only thing is that I was asking Flipp that question because it seems difficult to progress without brakes. I thought maybe Flipp sometimes wanted to skip back to riding with brakes as the only limit to his progression is his fear. That's all I meant. No hard feelings taken
