ogre Posted October 24, 2015 Report Share Posted October 24, 2015 i've been mixing up my training and i've been working on my flexibilty and core strength as both are piss poor; i think i've over compensated with sheer strength in my riding. so do any of you actively work to improve it? and what are your routines?
