JD™
They were lucky. Where lucky means "had better prep, worked harder and deserved the win."
manuel
Yeah, Japan lost their 9 early second half and conceded a dodgy try soon after. They ran out of steam and Scotland nailed the bonus point. They played some good stuff but Scotland were better in the end.
manuel
I'm soooo excited about Saturday.
bing
So am I. Off to watch Italy and Canada at Elland road and then back to the local rugby club to,watch England with the missus and the boy. Should be a well decent day
Luke Rainbird
That looked pretty brutal for the Welsh
Luke Rainbird
...that didn't! Great try, very well deserved!

Luke Rainbird
Definitely the better side on the final 15 minutes. Thrown away a little by silly mistakes and decisions at the end of the match. Well done Wales. Gutted.
manuel
Threw it away. Wales try was really poor defence and so so sloppy at the end. Choked in open net. I'm not gutted, I'm just angry
JD™
My problem with that game is that we gave away so many penalties in the first half. The pundits in the box seem to have overlooked the fact that a bit of early discipline would have meant we'd never have been under pressure at the end. Fair play to Wales though, they played a great last 15.
AdamR28
Standard England, keep kicking the ball away when we looked decent in possession, and gave away way too many points in the form of penalties in kickable areas. So frustrating.
HippY
oh wow, Australia got 2100% more points than Argentine in this game
bing
What on earth was Lancaster thinking taking Sam Burgess off. Worst decision of the game. And as for Cipriani not even getting picked, he needs to have go outside and have a word with himself
manuel
Wales did us a solid by not getting the bonus point. Win on Saturday and we are in come on boys.
JD™
Both results today have gone the way I wanted them to. Hope that doesn't mean my luck has run out today...At my Mums to watch with wife and step dad as well. We've all made predictions, ranging from 23-20 to 12-9, all having England to win. How do you have the score? How nervous are you? I have no nails left.
manuel
25-17 England please. Getting very nervous. If Australia are better than us I don't mind, but if we just blow it again I will be devastated.
Luke Rainbird
I genuinely don't care what the score is so long as ENG>AUS and it's not so frustrating as last time.
Luke Rainbird
We're being completely outclassed here. Silly errors on our part yet again
Luke Rainbird
What a shocking first half. Truly awful hands - Looks like nobody can hold onto the ball or an opposing player. Given it away yet again.
JD™
Yep. However, that pass was forwards, and there was a sin bin for a similar shoulder first tackle with no attempt to wrap the arm earlier. We needed a little bit of luck with decisions, and that's not happening.im not trying to cover up the fact that our own game hasn't been good enough though, it hasn't. manuel
Turnovers on or around opposition 22 every time. I also agree that the bin should have been used. Gahhhhhhhhhhhj
Luke Rainbird
Bit of luck, use the TMO and binning that foul hit on Brown and perhaps we'd be a little closer. Really need to clean things up though - that alone would put us in with a shot at clawing it back.
manuel
More turnover ball. Scrum destroyed - game over.
