darkness
When we're talking about complete bikes, there's not only a geo to be compared, there is also at least: -cost of other parts (brakes, bars, drivetrain etc.) -strength and quality of frameset If I have to choose from this variants, I'd choose Fuse. And swapped in future rear hub to hope pro2, bars to Arcade/TTHR and brakes to something better. And also I can't ride with cut steerer tube. Ozonys bikes are too streety. TMS is too rare to talk about (no info about reliability) and too high BB i think. Edited August 10, 2015 by darkness
Dman
You could get better value buying used and probably better parts already on. Out of them I'd go fuse.

Paperclip
You can ask while ordering the TMS 985 version for a KMC 510/610 chain instead of what comes with the bike and it actually instantly makes it just over 995mm and the bottom bracket isn't high at +20. The reach of the frame is also 670mm. I would say you get the most bike out of the Inspired or TMS for the money.
Mark W
I was going to mention this before but didn't really know if it was public knowledge yet - turns out it is now. The Console Fuse might be a good shout for you if you want a slightly more 'aggressive' geo street bike as it'll be close to the same price as some of the others you mentioned originally.

Ben Swales
Just seen this thread and came in to mention my Arcade but it seems I've been beaten to it. As Mark says, I'd definitely be happy to ship it to Spain if you wanted it. It's an awesome bike for both trials and street, you definitely wouldn't be disappointed. It also comes with a Clean sticker for added style points.
