eskimo
Great to see him smiling just cruising along! The feeling of just being free while rolling along is something that you would miss a lot. I hope he can stay focused on that and not be drawn into wanting more too soon. His progress is really good though, and i'm sure that is a big influence to many which is a very good thing. Well done Martyn!!

Dman
Really cool. He said he wants someone else to try it out who's in a similar situation, they need to get wheels from nitro circus on one of these, the guys nuts.
Tom Booth
Genuinely bought a tear to my eye, so good to see Martyn smiling and back on a bike. I have nothing but pure respect for Martyn, he was a fantastic ambassador for trials for god knows how long and a massive inspiration to many, he's still pushing boundaries as to what's possible for the not so able. I know for a fact if I was in that position I'd have all on just getting by day to day, let alone getting out there and pushing hard again.
stirlingpowers
As I wrote in the ither thread: Emergency disconnect for seat and pedal contact, electric drive, "trackstand replacement" struts with handlebar remote -> world-improving product I bet Martyn will be able to trackstand again at some point, however. Stephen Morris
EDIT: It's great to see him openly talking about his accident, the resulting situation and his aims and goals for the future. I'm certain that people of all abilities will be inspired and motivated by Martyn's ongoing creativity and his innovative approach to riding bikes with the obvious disadvantage that his disability brings. JD™
I think the number of people who need to discuss Martyns finances here does not exceed zero.
Stephen Morris
I think the number of people who need to discuss Martyns finances here does not exceed zero. You're spot on, forgive me. Comment edited and ill-advised thoughts put back inside my head and taken off Internet forum.
