jnthebiker
I'm looking for a helmet that is light weight and comfortable. What would you guys recommend? Thanks, J
N.Wood
Try a bunch on as it's very personal. I used to use a Specialized S-Works helmet that was at one point the lightest in the world. I now use a mix of Giro Xar and Xen, depending on the bike.
Christiaan
IXS trail rs, not the lightest but very comfy and good protection.
Kevinfor
I recently switched from the 661 dirt lid to the fox flux and I couldnt be happier with it! It doesnt feel heavy, fits me perfectly and you could wear it for days without it feeling hot or uncomfortable and its 21% off at tartybikes! JJ Leigh
if youve got money, anything made by POC thats 2014 or newer weighs nothing but ensures your safe. very well made lids.
OlegTinkov
Something by Catlike or Kask is a pretty good bet for super lightweight, but I really reckon it's the one thing you don't want to make weight too much of a priority!

Ash-Kennard
I am really pleased with my 661 Recon. Excellent helmets with rear of the head protection and are light without a massive price tag.
jnthebiker
Thanks everybody. And thanks for the offer Damon, but shipping to the US would've been super expensive. I just purchased a MET helmet from someone in america.
