kevind Posted May 1, 2015 Report Share Posted May 1, 2015 Need a bit of help here? Anybody rode in a French round. Obviously it will be a foreign rider so wont be eligible for points but that's ok. Does he need a license and how do you enter? Registration link on the web page just takes me to the main cycling site!! Heading to Italy so its on the way ish.
