CNC Work

It was my mate that bought the material so i wouldnt like to guess. I know its en24 and will probably need hardened after machining so would need to price up that also. Theres not much machining to them though bout an hour between turning and milling.

What's the chances of somebody being able to cnc me one of these out of stainless steel? Alloy seems too weak, and the cnc jobs are £32 for something that seems weak anyway. It's the dropout off my gt force full suss mtb. I can include the broken one one for measurements, and it's a 9mm qr version

Hey something like that would need offline programming for all the fancy curves which would first need to be drawn as a solid up in cad. I cant see you getting 1 of them for anywhere near £32 pounds between labour and material am afraid. Parts like that would need to be made in bulk to work out cheap.
