Hey, I've had three tensile 60 click front freewheels and broke every one with in 3 months

I broke one then I changed my gearing to make it harder and have broke 2 more since then Ive bedded them in propley riding normall for 15 hours, anyway does changing the gearing so it harder to pedal effect the freewheel cuaseing to to brake?

Thanks Tom

The last freewheel I had to replace was a tensile 60 click which I had from near new and was working all fine when I bought it.. In a few months of average riding 3 of the pawls snapped and the outer teeth ring still looks brand new. I guess it might be some bad material they have used for the pawls in a certain period of time. I have not had my freewheel overtightened or too loose after service neither my chain.
