Tomas
What would you recommend if I wanted to buy a trials bike for my son who is 8 years old and about 130 cm tall? Would it work to take any 20 inch mod and put a short stem and maybe shorter cranks or would it still be too big to be any fun?
jnthebiker
Old Monty mods are great.
Robin M S/c
You need something like a Monty 207. The geometry is spot on for 7-10 year olds. Or there is a new UK brand called Onnit. A full size mod with a short stem is not great as the reach is still too big and the gearing is normally too high.
