Herbertlemon102
I recently bought a 26" limey 3 off culshaw95 to go with my limey 320, simply because I'd like to try out a bigger bike, see what happens. The thing is, I've ridden a mod since I started, and I'm not that knowledgable about finer details. 18:15? 18:16? 175mm cranks/170mm? What size stem? I don't know at all. The geo is: wb 1080 +35bb 380cs 1.6kg. Not sure on the reach. I'm around 5" 11. All advice appreciated. Thanks
SamKidney
my preference was 18:15, 175mm and on my Ozonys V1 I had a 130x30 stem with tt high rise bars Edited December 16, 2014 by SamKidney
bing
I ran 175mm cranks, 18-15 with a 130x25 trialtech stem on my limey 326, and the I'm same height as you
dngr2self
I like 18-15 with 175mm cranks. I can't remember the stem geo but it was similar to what most other people run on modern stocks.
Herbertlemon102
18:15 with 175 is sounding like the way to go
bing
18-16 will work, but the wheel will be right at the back of the drop outs and it'll feel longer. Also, crank clearance is a massive issue on these frames. You need cranks with loads of offset if you want to run thick brake pads such as French cousts or cnc heatsink yellows. Echo cranks are the best for clearance I've found. If not be prepared to get the grinder out to the back of them
dngr2self
+1 for echo's. Loads of clearance and really strong.
