dave_VD
Hi everyone, Just wondering what the advantages to high rise bars are. I currently run truvativ husslefelt dh bars, which don't have heaps of rise, and am thinking about getting the Inspired Arcade Riser bars. I'd like to make the bike (24" marino) a little more easy to manual and bunnyhop, am I right in thinking higher rise bars make the bike more 'flickable'? Cheers. Herbertlemon102
Highrise bars on a streety bike like a Marino is a good shout in my opinion, arcade risers is a good choice too. Makes it easier to manual, bunnyhop etc like you said
Dman
I changed from similar bars and it makes a massive difference, bunnyhops and manuals are easier and my body position feels better, I just got arcade risers, been running da bomb tactics, they are both really nice bars, not sure if I preferred the da bombs, not rode these much yet though. Aldred_85
Are the advantages of high rise bars limited to short setups? Like 70mm stem, short wheelbase bikes.
FamilyBiker
Are the advantages of high rise bars limited to short setups? Like 70mm stem, short wheelbase bikes. i found that the higher rise bars only bring an advantage when mounted "upright",doesnt have to do with the kind of bike theyre on Edited November 29, 2014 by FamilyBiker
