Luke Rainbird
Assuming no deposit is needed then I don't see why not, although I'd like to get as much of the money accounted for as possible in the near future. Obviously the sooner the better really, though given that most people should have been paid in the last few days I'll probably claim funds now while they're still in bank accounts Are people happy enough sending funds to me via either bant transfer/PayPal to my personal acocunt? May seem like a slightly silly question but if for whatever reason anyone isn't then I'm more than happy to try and sort out other arrangements instead so you know I'm not going to do a runner with the money! forteh
Don't trust luke with your money, he will hide it on a submarine and sail off into the sunset laughing maniacally
Pete.M
Cool with me. Just to confirm, are you taking a portion of the money now and then we'll each pay the rest in cash on the day?
Luke Rainbird
I was just going to collate the full amount to save a load of faffing about on the day. With no deposit to pay to the track manager it would just be an extra unecessary step to take a TF deposit instead
crashbanggg
It sounds like you have the numbers, so leave me out of it! If it comes to it and someone drops out then drop me a message, I only live half an hour away so can come at the last minuite.
MadManMike
You'd help reduce the cost further and we were planning on having 12 there mate, get involved! More the merrier
Luke Rainbird
Yep, what he said. With 10 of us it's £65 each, with 11 or 12 it'd be £60 and £55 a pop respectively

I'm bringing my car washing stuff for inbetween runs I'll have a curry the night before and spray you as you drive past if that's the kinda runs you were thinking
MadManMike
I'll give mine a wash before I come up, stick the googly eyes on, then see how much my car takes before the arse slides out.
Prawny Baby
I'm 99.9% in, I'll book the day off work tomorrow and confirm it. We doing any sort of arbitrary timing setup for a bit of fun (as it's a sprint course) ? or just 100% fun and messing around?
AdamR28
I have a stopwatch, a whiteboard on an easel, some drywipe markers and a load of shiny white magnetic strips from Tarty Days... just sayin'... If nothing else it'll be good for people to see their progress throughout the day Will book when you confirm Nick, that will make 10 so nobody is paying more than they wanted / agreed to, and if a couple more tag on at a later date we can accommodate
MadManMike
Would be good to get some timing going, I'm not that competitive but as Adam said, I'd like to see how much quicker I get.

AdamR28
Who else is RWD? I quite fancy a mini drift session Gopher it The way it works at Curborough is that everyone just does X (usually 2 or 3) amount of laps and then comes in for the next person to go out, what you do while you're out there is up to you
Azarathal
Bring a couple of space savers Mike! Will do Adam no worries, had a few accidental slides on the road feel I should try my luck on track without other cars around, what's the run off like? RobinJI
All sounds good. Luke, let me know where to send money (and whether you want a deposit or the full amount) and I'll fire mine across. I'll book it off work tomorrow. Mike, I'm keen to convoy one/both direction, be silly not to really. Edited February 4, 2015 by RobinJI
Luke Rainbird
I may well get in on that convoy chaps, time dependent. There's a chance I may head up the night before and stay at Soph's mum's in Malvern to break up the journey a little but will keep you posted.Given that people seem to think they can trust me, how about just sending funds across to my PayPal account? If you're all ok with that it's simply <snip> - let's go with the full amount of £65 rather than breaking it up as it's done in one nice easy hit then. That said, if anybody desperately needs to split it across multiple payments etc then it shouldn't be an issue at all. Edit; If anybody who isn't planning on coming but is reading this thread anyway wishes to send across arbitrary amounts of money that would also be fantastic.
