High BB 24'' vs. High BB 26'' vs. Medium BB 26'&#3

Hello,

I've started with trials a year ago on a 24'' street trial, then I went over to a 24'' 'pure' trials frame and now I've got an Echo 24'' dual disc.

I always thought that the Echo (1050/+70) run with a 150/30° stem and Trialtech Sport carbon bars was the best setup until I had the opportunity to try two stocks. The first one was a Bionic (1090/+70) and the second a Koxx Sky (1095/+65), both with the above stem size and Try All Carbon bars.

This time I rode the Bionic it just felt right. Whatever I did I felt more confident and moves on the rear wheel just felt so much better. Even the pedal up, although harder to lift the front wheel up, was better as I still had some leverage when kicking with the strong foot. Then I tried the Koxx and I experienced the same. After running both of these frames for a while (on different days) I went back to my Echo and just felt weird. I just didn't like the feel of it anymore.

So here I am wondering if I should get rid of my Echo and buy a stock.

And now my actual question. How would those stocks compare to a Rockman Liberté (1090/+55) with its lower BB? As it seems to be a pretty good frame and on offer where I am from I was considering it. I just don't want the 26 I'm gonna build to feel like my Echo only with bigger wheels.

Any suggestions?

Nico.

p.s.: I should probably get a Bionic frame right. :D
