Clerictgm mk2
Why tarty's and official site info about geo are different!? For example new fourplay pro, console. Edited September 25, 2014 by Clerictgm mk2
ZArgrave
A few frames vary slightly from one site to another there probably just measured with different forks in them?
Clerictgm mk2
What different forks if forks are same? Even BB height differs alot from +15 to +25.
ZArgrave
If the forks are the same then it's either wrong or a different model frame haha
AdamR28
Which bike(s) exactly please?
Clerictgm mk2
Inspired fourplay RED 2014. And as far as I remember Console complete.
AdamR28
Fourplay is corrected on our site (the bike does not measure the same as the geo listed on the Inspired site), will do the Console now - thanks. Edit: Console also corrected, also doesn't match the Inspired site.
TK92
I also noticed that on the Arcade spec for the Fork rake, on Inspired's page is 30mm offset, Tarty its 25mm and we actually measured one in the shop it was 27.5mm. AdamR28
27.5? What do you have that measures so accurately?
TK92
We use a guide (Vice steerer clamp holder) from the center of the Fork steerer tube and measure from there to the center of the front hub, and you've got the fork offset. We have also Measured from the center of the crank fixing bolt to the center of the From axle, then you can turn the fork around and measure again then divide by 2, Both ways by no means scientific but usually within .5mm
