Clerictgm mk2
if you have not so good skills at all? Or you forced to get really good with brakes at first? I'm asking because season comes to an end and I can't decide without advice should I push myself harder in riding with brakes or stay brakeless and trying to progress without brakes. I can't do hook-ups and pretty bad at up-to-front's. Edited September 16, 2014 by Clerictgm mk2

aener
Both I and Jack have significantly improved in all areas of riding since taking brakes off. Before going brakeless, I couldn't hook at all. Gaps, sidehops, frenchies and everything else has improved since being brakeless, not just streety riding. Yes, you can progress, so just do whichever you find more fun at that point in time. Edited September 16, 2014 by aener
