bing
Swapped with the lad in the topic below , my genesis mod for his echo 24. Frame, forks, headset, bb, wheels and tyres. Ogre can quote me now. Didn't have to do too much to it, only needed a front brake and rotor. Ready to ride. Love it. Feels like a mod but with a better, non back crippling reach. Spec is as follows 2012 echo 24 frame Echo sl disk forks Echo sl headset Echo tr 24" wheel set Onza genesis mod stem and bars, odi longneck lock on grips Shimano m615 front disk and rt66 rotor, 180mm Rear 04 mag lever with racing line piston, 2011 slaves, echo clamps, tnn blue pads Trialtech cranks, 170mm, modded onza genesis bash, echo sl freewheel, new kmc610hx chain Kenda kinetics tyres (heavy as fook) It rides pretty good, although I'm not quite used to the size just yet. And it weighs a bit more than the mod. But I'll get used to it. I wasn't gonna do another build, but this was too good an opportunity to pass up. bing
Done a few things, got a 150x30 tryall stem off Wilf, as the front was way too high and resulted in me going off the back a couple of times, due to what I think was having my weight too far back. It feels better with this stem on, had a few hops about and I can get more vertical on the back wheel. Changed the rear pads to ADM's as well, loads better now they are bedded in properly
