niconj
Nice build fella, now sell me your frame! You can get my "old" one. It's a 24'' as well but w/o a disc mount.

niconj
Already got one without a disc mount Me knows. Tomorrow the parts for the rear wheel will be here and I've already got the brake. The lever color matches that of the frame 100% which makes me think about switching from the Saint to the SLX on the left as well. niconj
Have finished the rear wheel and put everything together. I had to put shims between the brake caliper and the adapter as in the current wheel position the disc was scraping the caliper. I only rode up and down the street and did some BWHs and even w/o bedding in the EBC Red pads the brake works like a charm. Can't wait to really bed it in and test it. jack dickinson
This is lovely, almost the same spec as my radix only difference is bars and rear brake and a few other little things.Pictures of the current bike pkease with the dd
niconj
Pictures of the current bike pkease with the dd Your wish is my command. Front lever will be an SLX one as well as it fits the color of the frame nicely. I will also put another rotor on the front as the rear brake works a charm and I think the rotor has sth. do do with it. Other than that I'm not gonna get the Conti... not gonna get it... not.... jack dickinson
If only you have matching saints, and had rt86 rotors. It would look even better than it does now.
niconj
If only you have matching saints, and had rt86 rotors. It would look even better than it does now. As I wrote. I'll put an SLX lever on the front and I don't want RT86s as I have made bad experiences with spidered ones and Martin Direske also found them to develop play over the time. I'll stick with the RT66s.
niconj
This came today. It was actually easier to come by than a SLX 665 lever: and next week this should arrive: If these are mounted I think there's not much I can "optimize" anymore. wilf
Looking good. How you finding the bars? I think I'm going to get myself a set. P.s. My frames just arrived...
niconj
Looking good. How you finding the bars? I think I'm going to get myself a set. P.s. My frames just arrived... Well.... I've only started with trials in October '13 so I don't really have any experience but compared to different MTB alloy and carbon bars they are stiff as hell! That's the only thing I can tell you and that I think it's worth the money. They seem very durable as well.
niconj
Finally build it as I had it in mind. Rides incredibly well and I especially like the rear brake setup! niconj
What front tyre is that?? Anygood? My schwable MoeJow is pants it's a Maxxis Snyper and I don't know if it's any good as I'm way worse than my bike would suggest. I felt a huge difference on the rear though. The Schwalbe Fat Albert is 400gr. lighter than the HighRoller ST but the latter feels so much better on the rear and I can run 1.2 bars without any punctures. niconj
Hows it compare for bounce and grip? It seems to have more grip and more bounce even though I can't really explain why it has more bounce. The better grip is obviously due to the different compound. The ST is a 42a compound ant the Schwalbe has to be harder. As I am running lower pressures I think this is why it has more bounce... I really don't know.
